General Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after this period may not be accepted. Returns must be packaged to survive transit back to our fulfilment hub; the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is approved because of damage or a shipping error.
How to Start a Return
If you placed your order in Canada you may use our self-serve returns portal to request a return. If that is not an option for you, or if you are outside Canada, email us at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return and any relevant photos. For local drop-offs, contact us to confirm whether in-person returns are accepted at our location.
Refunds and Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are processed within about 7 business days after inspection. Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are not refundable.
Replacements and Repairs
If an item arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturer defect during its warranty period, contact us with photos and the order receipt. We will attempt troubleshooting and arrange repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty where applicable.
Condition for Returns
Return items should include all accessories and as much original packaging as possible. Items returned damaged due to poor packaging or missing parts may be subject to a reduction in refund or may be refused. Certain consumables and final-sale items may not be returnable; check the product description or contact us for clarification.
Restocking Fees and Deductions
We do not apply a standard restocking fee. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold, or if it is missing parts, we may deduct an amount to reflect loss in value. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
